When you request an estimate, we provide a written proposal that describes the explicit services that will be performed.
 
This proposal serves as a confirmation of the work requested by the customer. Additionally, the document ensures that all parties are in agreement with the work specifying the drywall repair and retexturing services and where they will be performed.
 
We use this detailed document as a work order for our technicians to ensure we have the required materials.  Perhaps most importantly, this document benefits both you -- the customer -- and us -- the service provider -- by eliminating any potential misunderstandings on the scope of work to be performed.
